Garnsey, Off Sa]e Beer & Wine, <br /> Person Transfer. <br /> <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-19 The Council considered affirmation of <br />FAIRVIEW PROPERTIES Variance Application 70-19, filed by <br /> Fairview Properties, to construct a <br />233-unit garden apartment complex in the M 1 District at 3001 West Sunflower <br />Avenue, approved by the Planning Commission on May 25, 1970, and recommended <br />for denial by the.
