<br />that Council would consider the lease option purchase after presentation by the
<br />City Manager of a more in-depth report as to the effectiveness of the program,
<br />on the following roll call vote:

<br />and the C-5-F Storm Drain Projects in the area west of the Santa Aha River
<br />be added as Item 18, in the amount of $350,000 (City's share).
