Sally Posthill, <br />President of the League of Women Voters of the Santa Aha - Tustin - <br />Orange Area. <br /> <br />Mrs. Posthill commended the Council and Planning Commission for their <br />efforts to update the General Plan and particularly for the emphasis on <br />citizen participation in determining directions for community improvement <br />and agreed in general with the proposals set forth in the Lafer Report. <br />She requested the Clerk to forward a copy of her prepared statement to <br />tke Councilmen and Commis stoner s. <br /> <br />The Council and Commission discussed further the proposals outlined <br />by Mr~ Lafer, expressing their individual opinions on many of them. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />- 281 - <br /> <br />September 29, 1970 <br /> <br /> <br />
