At that time, staff will <br />determine if administrative relief is available or the <br />conditional use permit must be amended. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Revised plans shall be submitted for the review and approval <br />of the Planning Manager that increase the overall height of <br />the monopine to 60 feet, with corresponding changes to the <br />elevations, so as to make the "tree" appear more realistic in <br />form and design. Material samples, monopine manufacturer and <br />stock number shall also be submitted for review and approval <br />during plan check. Further, the plans and details shall <br />indicate that all conduits or other communications equipment <br />must be designed to run through the core of the tower from the <br />base to the antenna area. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Two live Canary Island <br />planted.
