The notice shall be <br />sent to all property and business owners, tenants and residents within the Existing <br />Project Areas, and to all affected taxing entities, which receive a portion of the ad <br />valorem taxes levied on properties within the Existing Project Areas. <br /> <br />Section 6. Agency staff is hereby directed to work with the City Clerk and <br />Agency advisors in the publishing of the aforesaid notice, including a map and a <br />reference to the availability of the legal description for the Existing Project Areas (as <br />recorded with the Orange County Recorder and available with the City Clerk), prior to <br />the date of the joint public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation for period not <br />less than once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks.
