<br />Section 214. "Developer" shall collectively mean Donald J. Crevier, as trustee for the Donald <br />Crevier Trust, and CREVIER MOTORS, INC., a Califonria corporation. <br /> <br />Section 215. "Option Area" shall be the approximate 161 square foot, triangular shaped parcel <br />described in Attachment 8 hereto, owned by Wyne-Snow Industrial Park, A California General <br />Partnership. <br /> <br />Section 216. "Payment Period" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 504 of this DDA. <br /> <br />Section 217. "Phasing Plan" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 304.B. ofthis DDA <br /> <br />Section 218. "Preliminary Plans" shall mean the preliminary construction drawings, grading <br />plan and architectural review to be submitted to the Agency and the City pursuant to Section 306 <br />hereof. <br /> <br />Section 219. "Project" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 301 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 220. "Project Area" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 103 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 221. "Property" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 104 hereof. For purposes of <br />Closing of Escrow the word "Property" may mean either Parcel A or Parcel B, depending on <br />which parcel escrow is being closed. <br /> <br />Section 222. "Redevelopment Plan" shall mean the Redevelopment Plan for the South Main <br />Street Redevelopment Project Area, which was approved and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City by Ordinance No.NS-1639 on July 6, 1982, and was amended by an amendment approved <br />by Ordinance No. NS-2256, adopted on July 17, 1995, and Ordinance No. NS-2392, adopted on <br />August 2, 1999, as it may be amended ITom time to time. <br /> <br />Section 223. "Schedule ofPerfonnance" shall mean the time schedule set forth in "Attachment <br />No. 7" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 224. "Scope of Development" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 301 hereof, <br />and Attachment No.3. <br /> <br />Section 225.
