<br />ARTICLE X - SIGNAGE <br /> <br />Section 1001. Proiect Sign. <br /> <br />During construction, Developer shall provide signage on the project prominently <br />identifying the Agency and City of Santa Ana as participants in the Project. The Executive <br />Director of the Agency shall reasonably approve the sign and its contents prior to installation at <br />the Property. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XI - GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Section 1101. Right ofEntrv <br /> <br />From the time the Property is conveyed to Developer until the issuance of a Certificate of <br />Completion pursuant to Section 314 of this DDA, the Agency and its representatives shall have a <br />right of access to the Property to inspect the work being performed by Developer on the Property <br />and to perform such work as the Agency may be required to perform on the Property by this <br />DDA. Such right of entry shall be exercised in a reasonable manner and at reasonable times so as <br />not to disrupt the activities of Developer and its agents on the Property. <br /> <br />Section 1102. Conflicts of Interest <br /> <br />No member, official or employee ofthe Agency shall have any personal interest, direct or <br />indirect, in this DDA, nor shall any such member, official or employee participate in any <br />decision relating to the DDA which affects his or her personal interests or the interests of any <br />corporation, partnership or association in which he or she is, directly or indirectly, interested. <br /> <br />Section 1103. Non-Liabilitv of Agencv Officials and Emp10vees <br /> <br />No member, official or employee of the Agency shall be personally liable to the <br />Developer, or any successor-in-interest, in the event of any default or breach by the Agency or <br />for any amount which may become due to Developer or to its successor, or on any obligation <br />under the terms of this DDA. <br /> <br />Section 1104. Inspection of Books and Records <br /> <br />The Agency has the right at all reasonable times to inspect the books and records ofthe <br />Developer pertaining to the Property as pertinent to the purposes of this DDA. The Developer <br />also has the right at all reasonable times to inspect the books and records of the Agency <br />pertaining to the Property as pertinent to the purposes of this DDA <br /> <br />26 <br />
