<br />Section 1105. Approvals <br /> <br />Approvals required of the Agency or the Developer shaIl not be unreasonably withheld, <br />and approval or disapproval shaIl be given within the times set forth in the Schedule of <br />Performance, or, if no time is given, within a reasonable time. <br /> <br />Section 1107. Date of Agreement <br /> <br />This DDA shaIl be dated as of the date ofthe resolution ofthe Agency's governing board <br />by which the Agency approves this DDA. <br /> <br />Section 1108. Entirety of Agreement <br /> <br />This DDA integrates all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental <br />hereto, and supersedes all negotiations or previous agreement between the parties with respect to <br />all or any part ofthe Property. <br /> <br />None of the terms, covenants, agreements or conditions set forth in this DDA shaIl be <br />deemed to be merged with any grant deed conveying title to the Property, and this DDA shall <br />continue in fuIl force and effect before and after such conveyance. <br /> <br />AIl waivers of the provisions of this DDA must be in writing and signed by the <br />appropriate authorities ofthe Agency and the Developer, and all amendments hereto must be in <br />writing and signed by the appropriate authorities ofthe Agency and the Developer. <br /> <br />This Agreement has been executed by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana, acting by and through its Executive Director, pursuant to Resolution No. CRA 2004- <br />-, authorizing such execution, and by Developer, acting by and through the <br />, pursuant to , authorizing such execution. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />Patricia C.
