<br />3. <br /> <br />The cathedral parish is not anticipated to create any <br />detrimental impacts to persons residing or working in the <br />area. All functions, including the undercroft, will be <br />conducted within the enclosed buildings. Further, conditions <br />of approval have been incorporated into the project that are <br />intended to address adverse impacts before they occur. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the present economic <br />stability or future economic development of property in the <br />surrounding area? <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish and undercroft, as <br />conditioned, will not create any negative or detrimental <br />impacts on the economic viability of the surrounding area. <br />The use will result in a positive addition to the area and will <br />identify the site as an economically viable area of the City. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use comply with the regulations and conditions <br />specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana Municipal Code for such <br />use? <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish and undercroft, as <br />conditioned, will comply with all regulations and conditions <br />specified in the Santa Ana Municipal Code pertaining to such <br />a development. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use affect the General Plan of the City? <br /> <br />The cathedral parish, along with the proposed undercroft, <br />will not pose any adverse affects on the General Plan <br />designation of Low Density Residential (LR-7). The <br />proposed use is a permitted use in the district subject to <br />approval of a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Council has, on October 7,2002, approved a Environmental Impact <br />Report (EIR) in conjunction with this Project and adopted a mitigation <br />monitoring plan, written findings and a statement of overriding <br />considerations and the Council adopts this resolution based upon said EIR, <br />plan, findings and statement of overriding considerations. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby, approves the <br />amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 as conditioned in Exhibit "An attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this - day of <br /> <br />,2004. <br /> <br />75C-37 <br />
