Approval <br />and implementation of the proposed project would not expose <br />people residing in or working in the City to excessive noise <br />levels. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />A substantial temporary or periodic increase in ambient <br />noise levels in the project vicinity above levels existing <br />without project. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Exposure of persons to or generation of excessive <br />groundborne vibration or groundborne noise levels? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed general plan element amendments would <br />not result in any short-term construction noise impacts or <br />groundborne vibration impacts, in that the approval of the <br />proposed general plan element amendments would not involve any <br />activities that would emit short-term noise or vibration <br />impacts. <br /> <br />XII. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Induce substantial population growth in an area, either <br />directly or indirectly through extension of roads or other <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Direct growth inducing impacts are generally associated with <br />aspects of a project that could remove obstacles to population <br />growth or other growth such as a major expansion of a wastewater <br />treatment plant or upgrading of regional master plan <br />infrastructure and facilities that would facilitate new <br />development.
