<br />The proposed general plan amendments have been established to <br />comply to with the County's NPDES permit requirements to review <br />and update the general plan to ensure the incorporation of <br />policies that provide for the conservation and protection of <br />watersheds and to minimize adverse water quality impacts. The <br />proposed general plan amendments would not be in conflict with <br />any regional and local planning programs and policies. <br /> <br />Conflict with any <br />natural cOIlUllunity <br />No Impact <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />plan? <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no habitat conservation plans or natural community plans in <br />Santa Ana. Therefore, approval of the proposed general plan <br />element amendments would not impact any conservation plans or <br />natural community plans. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Result in the loss of availability of a locally important <br />mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local <br />general plan, specific plan or other land use plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there <br />are no locally important mineral resource sites in Santa Ana. <br />Therefore, approval of the proposed general plan element <br />amendments would not impact any locally important mineral <br />resources. <br /> <br />XI.
