Sunflower Avenue; APPROVED° <br /> <br />The motion carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Herrin, Yamamoto, Griset, Markel <br />NOES: Villa, Patterson, Evans <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />RECESS At 3:15 P. Mo, a ten-minute <br /> recess was declared. The <br /> meeting was reconvened at <br />3:25 P.M., with all Council members present. <br /> <br />Councilman Villa's motion, seconded by Councilman Evans, to consider <br />Agenda Item ~SZ next because the applicant was in the audience, was <br />unanimously carried. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #693 On motion of Councilman <br /> Herrin, seconded by <br /> Councilman Patterson and <br />unanimously carried, Council approved Tentative Parcel Map #693 <br />filed by Elmer Benson creating two (g) C 1 parcels for commercial <br />use, located generally northwest of the intersection of Tustin Avenue <br />and Seventeenth Street, subject to conditions in report of Planning <br />Director dated May 11, 1971; and authorized waiver of the alley <br />requirement. <br /> <br />VA 71-20 Councilman Patterson's <br />R.H.
