<br />by Councilman Yamamoto, and carried on a 6 - 1 vote, Councilman
<br />Evans dis senting.

<br />REQUEST FOR WAIVER Council considered letter
<br /> received May 6, 1971, from
<br /> KoK. Ballenger requesting
<br />waiver of sidewalks, curb, and gutter requirement in connection with
<br />building improvements at 2417 W. Occidental. On motion of Council-
<br />man Herrin, seconded by Councilman Villa, and unanimously carried,
<br />Council declared that because of extenuating circumstances in this
<br />particular case, the requirements of Municipal Code Section 33-47 are
<br />not applicable, and granted the waiver request.
