SEWER RECOVERY AGREEMENT On motion of Councilman Villa, <br /> seconded by Councilman Patterson, <br /> and unanimously carried, Council <br />denied the request of Harry Tancredi for a three-year extension of sewer <br />recovery agreement entered into with Argus Homes, Inc., on July 3, 1961. <br /> <br />DEEDS, NO CASH Council ordered filed the report of <br />GRANTEE, CITY No Cash Deeds accepted by the City <br /> Manager, pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 69-156, from June 16, 1971 through June 29, 1971, inclusive, on motion <br />of Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa, and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #699 On motion of Councilman Evans, <br /> seconded by Councilman Villa, <br /> and unanimously carried, Council <br />approved Tentative Parcel Map #699 filed by Leadership Housing Systems, <br />Inc., creating two (2) M 1 parcels for industrial use, located generally <br />at the intersection of Harbor and MacArthur Boulevards, subject to <br />conditions in report of Planning Director dated June 29, 1971. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #7474 On motion of Councilman Evans, <br /> seconded by Councilman Patterson, <br /> and unanimously carried, Council <br />approved Tentative Tract Map #7474 filed by Harry R. Martin and James <br />L. Whitaker, creating seven (7) M 1 lots for industrial use, located <br />generally at the intersection of St. Gertrude Place and Lyon Street, subject <br />to conditions contained in reporl of Planning Director dated June 28, 1971. <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY REPORTS On motion of Councilman Patterson, <br />NO. 71-03 AND 71-10 seconded by Councilman Evans~ <br /> Council declared surplus and <br />authorized demolition of the following property: <br /> <br />SPR 71-03 - One story single family residence located <br />at 1903 West First Street, A.P. #7-162-12 (building only). <br /> <br />SPR 71-10 - Two story single family residence located <br />at 1915 West First Street, A.P. #7-162-09 (building only). <br /> <br />Motion carried on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Patterson, Evans, Villa, Herrin, Yamamoto <br />Markel <br />Griset <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL -229- July 6, 1971 <br /> <br /> <br />
