This site is <br />surrounded by the Willowick Golf Course to the east and a combination of <br />single and multi-family residences to the west, north and south (Exhibits <br />1 and 2) . <br /> <br />The subject property is approximately 2.70 acres in area. The property <br />is flat, rectangular in shape and is currently occupied by 24 mul ti- <br />family dwelling units used as church rehab facilities for substance <br />abuse recovery.
