This site is <br />surrounded by single- family residences to the east, west, north and <br />south (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />The subject property is approximately 0.96 acres in area. The property <br />is flat, irregular in shape and is currently occupied by five single- <br />family dwelling units. The property is located on both Sixth and <br />Seventh Streets between Euclid and Rosita Streets. <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the demolition and removal of one single- <br />family dwelling and four multi-family dwelling units, and the construction <br />of five new single-family residences.
