<br />Western Reclamation, Inc.., providing for refuse collection in the City of

<br />BY DELETING THE CLASS TITLE OF SANITATION INSPECTOR AND
<br />ADDING THE CLASSES OF SANITATION INSPECTOR I AND SANITATION
<br />INSPECTOR II failed on the following roll call vote:

<br />NOES: Evans, Herrin, Markel
<br />ABSENT: Yamamoto
<br />
<br />DEEDS WITH CASH Councilman Markel stated
<br />GRANTEE, CITY that he is opposed to approval
<br /> of these deeds, with one exception,
<br />and requested that each item be taken separately. The City Attorney ruled
<br />that all items could be combined in one motion, with the Councilman indicating
<br />the ones on which he would vote YES.
