Main Street, On Sale Beer, Person <br />to Person; <br />LA POSADA, 1212 S. Bristol, Unit 1, 2, 3, & 4, On Sale C~n~ral, <br />PersOn to Person; <br />TRADE WINDS, 212 E. Fourth Street, On Sale Beer, Person to <br />Person. <br /> <br />and the City Attorney was instructed to file a protest with the Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control Board on the following applications: <br /> <br />HOSPER, PAUL E., 505 S. Harbor Blvd., On Sale Beer, <br />Original; <br />CHEE CHEE, 1109 N. Harbor Blvd., On Sale General, Person <br />to Person Transfer; <br />THE CHIMES, 4522 Bolsa Avenue, On Sale Beer, Original, <br /> <br />Mrs. Williams of THE CHIMES was present in the audience and stated she <br />would like to withdraw her application. Councilman Patterson's motion, <br />seconded by Councilman Herrin, to reconsider all Alcoholic Beverage License <br />Applications on the agenda was carried on a 5 - 1 vote, Councilman Villa voting <br />NO. <br /> <br />Councilman Villa's motion to consider the ABC applications one at a time was <br />seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Markel, to receive <br />and file the following Alcoholic Beverage License application: <br /> <br />CHEROKEE INN, 2534~W. Westminster, On Sale Beer, <br />Person to Person. <br /> <br />Motion carried on a 5-1 vote, Councilman Evans dissenting. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Herrin, and <br />unanimously carried, to receive and file the following applications: <br /> <br />M.P. 'S LIQUOR, 2734 N. Bristol, Off Sale General, Person <br />to Person; <br />KEY SUPER LIQUOR, 2520 N.
