<br />Mrs. Williams of THE CHIMES was present in the audience and stated she
<br />would like to withdraw her application. Councilman Patterson's motion,
<br />seconded by Councilman Herrin, to reconsider all Alcoholic Beverage License
<br />Applications on the agenda was carried on a 5 - 1 vote, Councilman Villa voting
<br />NO.

<br />Councilman Villa's motion to consider the ABC applications one at a time was
<br />seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously carried.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Markel, to receive
<br />and file the following Alcoholic Beverage License application:
<br />
<br />CHEROKEE INN, 2534~W. Westminster, On Sale Beer,
<br />Person to Person.
<br />
<br />Motion carried on a 5-1 vote, Councilman Evans dissenting.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Herrin, and
<br />unanimously carried, to receive and file the following applications:

<br />On the unanimously carried motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded by
