On motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously carried, the full reading the titles of which appeared on the public agenda, RECESS At 2:45 P.M., a recess was declared. The meeting reconvened at 2:50 P.M. with all Council members present. The Mayor stated it had been brought to his attention that the denial of the sign under Variance Application 71-65 was an improper procedure; that the item should be set for public hearing. Councilman Patterson's motion, seconded by Councilman Evans, to reconsider agenda item 7-A, was unanimously carried. Councilman Patterson moved to set the following matter for public hearing at the earliest possible Council meeting: VA 71-65, ERICKSON PROPERTIES CORPORATION - To allow a pole sign 80' in height, containing 550 square feet within 300' of an existing pole sign on the same property at 2101 E. Edinger; APPROVED.
