There were several people in the <br />Council Chamber who desired to be heard on the specifications criteria. <br /> <br />The following persons expressed their opinion that the educational requirements <br />(90 and 45 college level units, respectively) were too high; that community involvement <br />group participation, and volunteer work were more important considerations for the <br />positions; and that the community had not participated in arriving at the classification <br />specifications: <br /> <br />Elizabeth Ingrain, 1916 S.
