State <br />guidelines require that inmates be provided with storage bags for <br />safekeeping of their possessions and a laundry service for proper <br />laundering of their clothing. The storage bags are used for inmate <br />clothing and items too large for the vault section, and the laundry <br />bags when sending their laundry out for service. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on July 26 and 28, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited.
