The site is surrounded by <br />single-family residences to the east, west, north and south (Exhibits 1 <br />and 2) . <br /> <br />The subject property is approximately 0.35 acres in area. The property <br />is flat, rectangular in shape and is currently occupied by a single- <br />family dwelling unit. The property is located on Roosevelt Street <br />between Euclid and Taft Streets. <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the demolition and removal of one single- <br />family dwelling unit and the construction of two, new single-family <br />residences.
