<br />that the proposed project will have the potential for any adverse effect on wildlife resources <br />or the ecological habitat upon which wildlife resources depend. The proposed project <br />exists in an urban environment characterized by paved concrete, roadways, surrounding <br />buildings and human activity. Therefore, pursuant to Fish and Game Code § 711.2 and <br />Title XIV, CCR § 735.5(a)(3), the payment of Fish and Game Department filing fees is not <br />required in conjunction with this project. <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 41-24 is added to Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code to read in full as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-24. Bail Bond use. <br /> <br />"Bail Bond use" shall mean any use or business, whether primary or <br />ancillary, that is subject to regulation pursuant to California Insurance <br />Code Section 1800, et. seq., as such sections may be amended from time <br />to time, including but limited to a use or business of a bail agent, a bail <br />permitee, or a bail solicitor. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 41-313.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended to <br />read in full as follows: (added language in bold, deleted language in strikeout) <br /> <br />Sec. 41-313.5.
