Section 41-323 is added to Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code to read in full as follows <br /> <br />Sec. 41-323. Standards for bail bond uses in the P district. <br /> <br />In addition to the provisions of this chapter, the following minimum <br />development and operational standards apply to Bail bond uses: <br /> <br />(a) Bail bond uses shall only be conducted within a P zone that is <br />located within 2,000 feet of a jail facility. <br /> <br />(b) Bail bond uses shall not be located within 150 feet from a R1, R2 or <br />R3 zoned property. <br /> <br />(c) Off-street parking shall be provided in the manner prescribed in <br />Article IV of this Chapter for service uses. <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 41-313.5 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is amended to <br />read in full as follows: (added language in bold, deleted language in strikeout). <br /> <br />Sec. 41-192.2.
