ORAL COMMUNICATIONS In response to CoUn'eilms/n <br />COUNTY SANITATION FEES Patterson's inquiry regarding <br />.... the status of-flie ordinance <br />increasing County Sa~lita~ion Districts fees, Councilman Herrin stated that <br />a public .hearing on. the ordinance ,would probably be held sometime in <br />January at which time the.fees and annexation charges ~vill be established. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Councilman Patterson <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COUNCIL reported that the Intergovern- <br /> mental Council of Orange <br />County Committee did not adopt the City Council' s suggestion (minutes <br />of November 2, 1972) for a proportional voting system based upon relative <br />population, but held to the method of one city-one vote with a maximum <br />membership fee~ o£ lZ per cent of the city total budget. <br /> <br />WA~tD~RE'ALIGNI~ENT : ,. :.
