The Notice Inviting Bids was re-advertised on <br />July 2 and 7, 2004 and bids were opened on August 12, 2004. The lowest <br />bidder for the base bid was submitted by Steiny & Company, <br />$381,259.70, which is under the Engineer's estimate of <br /> <br />ENVJ:R.ONMIafTAL DlPACT <br /> <br />Environmental Review Nos. 2003-55, 2003-66 and 2003-63 have been <br />performed and a Categorical Exemption has been filed for this proj ect <br />pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />FISCAL DlPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$476,600 for the project (Exhibit 2).
