CONSTRUCTION AND On motion of Councilman
<br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Herrin, seconded by Council-
<br /> man Patterson, with Council-
<br />man Markel voting NO, Council approved and authorized the Mayor and
<br />Clerk to execute the Construction and Maintenance Agreement between the
<br />City and the Costa Mesa County Water District for an automatic intercormec-
<br />tion. The agreement had been previously authorized by Council on
<br />November 6, 1972.
