<br />received and filed on motion of Councilman Herrln, seconded by Councilman
<br />Patterson, with Councilmen Yamamoto and Evans dissenting.

<br />to remain which has created an encroachment of the build'lng into the side
<br />and rear setbacks, at 1610 South Garnsey Street, approved by the Planning
<br />Commission, was received and filed on motion of Councilman Herrin,
<br />seconded by Councilman Patterson, and unanimously carried.

<br />Council received and filed the Report of No-Cash Deeds accepted by the
