FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA DETERMINING THAT THE CONTINUED PARTICIPATION BY AGENCY OR <br />COMMUNITY OFFICERS OR CITY EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE MADE WRITTEN <br />FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INTEREST IN THE COMMUNITY REDE- <br />VELOPMENT AREA, IN THE FORMULATION OF OR APPROVAL OF PLANS OR <br />POLICIES FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT AREA, WILL NOT BE <br />CONTRARY TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST was adopted on motion of Council- <br />man Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward, and unanimously carried <br />on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Griset, Ward, Garthe, Yamamoto, Evans <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Patterson, Markel <br /> <br />(CA 82.2) <br /> <br />RES. 73-43 <br />PROJECT AREA COMMITTEE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> <br /> Councilman Griset's motion <br /> to defer consideration of <br /> resolution until after the <br /> Executive Session was <br />and carried on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Griset, Yamamoto, Garthe, Evans, Ward <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Patterson, Markel <br /> <br />Mrs. Lee Podolak, 5123 Elsinore Avenue, Orange, President <br />of the Santa Ana- Tustin League of Women Voters, read a state- <br />ment to Council concerning membership of the Project Area <br />Committee. The statement requested that membership of the <br />Committee be expanded to meet all requirements of the law, and <br />specifically that it should include residential tenants, typical <br />residential owners, and people of Mexican heritage. <br /> <br />Councilman Griset's motion to receive and file the statement was <br />seconded by Councilman Garthe, and unanimously carried on a <br />6 - 0 vote. (CA 82.3) <br /> <br />RES. 73-45 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />DELINQUENCY PREVENTION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA IMPELMENTING <br />THE OMNIBUS CRIME CONTROL AND SAFE STREET ACT FOR COMMUNITY <br />REHABILITATION OF JUVENILE OFFENDERS AND DROPOUTS THROUGH <br />COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES was adopted on a 4 - 2 vote, on <br />motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />with Councilmen Garthe and Markel dissenting. (CA 140.9) <br /> <br />RES. 73-40 A RESOLUTION DECLARING <br />"WARNER AND GRAND THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY <br />SOUTH ANNEXATION" DESIGNATED "WARNER AND <br /> GRAND SOUTH ANNEXATION" <br />was adopted on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Council- <br />man Garthe, and unanimously carried on a 6 0 vote.
