(CA 45) <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY On motion of Councilman <br />REPORT NO. 73-11 Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> and carried on a 5 1 <br />vote, with Councilman Markel dissenting, Council declared surplus <br />and authorized demolition of one story sales office building at <br />lllS West First Street, in accordance with the recommendation <br />of the Assistant Director of Public Works contained in Surplus <br />Property Report 73-11. (CA 45) <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />same Councilmen present. <br /> <br />At 3:15 P.M. the Vice <br />Mayor declared a recess. <br />Council reconvened at <br />3:20 P.M. with the <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />approved as submitted, <br />by Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> <br /> The Minutes of the Regular <br /> Meeting of August 20, 1973 <br /> and the Special Meeting of <br /> August 20, 1973 were <br />on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded <br /> and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />READING WAIVED On motion of Councilman <br /> Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Ward, and <br /> carried unanimously on <br />a 6 - 0 vote, Council waived full reading of all resolutions <br />the titles of which appeared on the public agenda, and con- <br />sidered by title only. <br /> <br />RES. 73-103 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />AGREEMENT - CITY AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />STATE PERSONNEL BOARD SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AN <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AND THE CALIFORNIA STATE PERSONNEL BOARD was <br />adopted on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and unanimously carried on a 6 0 vote. (CA 50) <br /> <br />RES. 73-104 AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT 1973-74 IN POLICE DEPART- <br />PERSONNEL BUDGET MENT ACCOUNT NUMBERS BY <br /> DELETING ONE STENOGRAPHIC <br />CLERK I AND ADDING ONE (1) SECRETARY POSITION was adopted on <br />motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Garthe, and <br />carried unanimously on a 6 0 vote.
