<br />Resolution No. 2004- <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Coastal Protection Act of 2002, for the purchase and installation of synthetic turf at the <br />Santa Ana Stadium; and <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council certifies that the City has or will have available <br />prior to commencement of any work on the project included in this application, sufficient <br />funds to operate and maintain the project; and <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council certifies that the City has reviewed, understands <br />and agrees to the General Provisions contained in the Contract shown in the Procedural <br />Guide; and <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council certifies that the City has or will have available, <br />prior to commencement of any work on the Project, the required Match; and <br /> <br />Section 6. The City Council certifies that the project conforms to the recreation <br />element of any applicable city or county general plan; and <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency or his designee, as <br />agent for the City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all <br />documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments and <br />payment requests which may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned <br />project. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2004. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
