<br />3. Financial Responsibility Laws <br /> <br />a. When this policy is certified as proof of <br />financial responsibility for the future <br />under the provisions of any jurisdiction's <br />motor vehicle financial responsibility <br />law, the insurance provided by this <br />~ Liability Coverage Part for "bodily injury" <br />~ liability and "property damage" liability <br />~ will comply with the provision of that <br />.. law to the extent of the coverage and <br />. .. .. limits of liability required by that law in <br />that jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> <br />CUBF20101102 <br /> <br /> <br />involved insured must, as soon as <br />possible, send us a copy of: <br /> <br />(1) All written demands made; and <br /> <br />and limits of liability required by that <br />law in that jurisdiction. <br /> <br />4. Legal Action Against Us <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />(2) All legal documents pertaining to <br />any "suit" brought; <br /> <br />a. No person or organization has a right <br />under this Liability Coverage Part: <br /> <br />(1) To join us as a party or otherwise <br />bring us into a .suit" against any <br />insured; or <br /> <br />against you or any other insured. <br /> <br />c. You and any other involved insured must <br />cooperate with and, when requested, <br />assist us in: <br /> <br />(2) To sue us to recover under this <br />Liability Coverage Part unless all of <br />its terms have been fully complied <br />with. <br /> <br />(1) Securing and giving evidence; <br />(2) Attending hearings and trials; <br /> <br />(3) Obtaining the <br />witnesses; and <br /> <br />b. A person or organization may sue us to <br />recover under this Liability Coverage <br />Part on an agreed settlement or on a <br />final judgment against any insured. <br />However, we will not be liable for <br />damages that are not payable under the <br />terms of this Liability Coverage Part or <br />that are in excess of the applicable Limit <br />of Liability in this Liability Coverage Part. <br />For the purpose of this condition, an <br />agreed settlement means a settlement <br />and release of liability signed by us, and <br />the claimant or the claimant's legal <br />representative. <br /> <br />attendance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />(4) Taking other reasonable steps to <br />help us investigate or settle a claim <br />or "suit" or defend any insured <br />against a "suit". <br /> <br />d. No insured will, except at that insured's <br />own cost, voluntarily make a payment, <br />assume any financial obligation or incur <br />any expense, other than for first aid <br />given to other persons at the time of an <br />accident, without our consent. <br /> <br />fß <br /> <br />"Other InsuranceR <br /> <br />If applicable "other insurance" is available to <br />the insured for "bodily injury", "property <br />damage", "personal injury" or "advertising <br />injury" covered, under SECTION I. <br />COVERAGE, A. Liability above, our <br />obligations are limited as follows. <br /> <br />a. Primary Insurance <br /> <br />(1) This insurance is primary except <br />when Paragraph b. below applies. If <br />this insurance is primary, our <br />obligations are not affected unless <br />any of the "other insurance" that <br />applies is also primary. If any of the <br />"other insurance" that applies is <br />also primary, we will share with all <br />that "other insurance" by the <br />method described in Paragraph c. <br />below. <br /> <br />b.
