<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK PROPOSALS <br /> <br />Consultant shall perform the following services: <br /> <br />1. Provide construction management for Federally-funded projects; <br />2. Review and recommend approval of contractor's certified payroll; <br />3. Conduct labor interviews per funding source requirements; <br />4. Provide lead abatement monitoring and inspection services; <br />5. Provide routine building inspection services at peak intervals as requested by City staff. <br /> <br />City may request additional services as necessary. All Consultant services shall be compensated <br />at the rates and charges set forth in Attachment 1, attached hereto. <br /> <br />8 <br />
