• Projected annual repair /rehabilitation programs for street maintenance on all streets for a 10 -year <br />period (Action Forecast Report) which demonstrates the largest return on investment; <br />• Project schedules and associated budgets (adjusted for inflation within the software based on user <br />selected inflation factors) for the entire network, as well as each street segment, for each fiscal <br />year over the given period of time (10 -year CIP); <br />• Priority projects that should be scheduled for immediate maintenance, based on user - defined <br />priorities and existing conditions; <br />• Exhibits showing existing PCI ranges and locations, as well as showing the proposed annual work <br />to be performed based on the 10 -year CIP package; <br />• An analysis that allows the City to measure and understand the impact on and cost of deferred <br />maintenance for the City street network; and <br />• Review and development of recommended funding programs for street related improvements. <br />Project Deliverables: <br />• Berryman & Henigar will submit five (5) copies of the Final Pavement Report, in binder form, as <br />well as an electronic copy. <br />• Original field inspection sheets for distress data <br />• MicroPAVER database file <br />• Pavement management information GIS shapefile (.shp) format <br />15 <br />
