EXHIBIT A
Section 1
f~iualificatinns and. Exueril'nce
ABOUT OUR FIRM
General Company Experience
For the past decade, Cit Com has established itself as a unique consulting firm specializing in the
arena of law enforcement. With a focus on quality over quantity, we limit our engagements to
provide focused and professional service to each of our clients. As a guiding mission, our
purpose as an organization is to prioritize officer safety above all other concerns.
Because we focus exclusively on law enforcement consulting, we have substantial experience in
the arena of procurement, contract development and grant management.
Beyond those aspects of our services, we also have a wide base of knowledge in collateral areas
that impact law enforcement technology initiatives, including: wireless connectivity, geographic
information systems (GIS) and justice integration (courts, district attorney, probation).
Co-Authors of the DOJ "Tech Guide"
Last year, our reputation for successfully managing law enforcement technology projects
garnered the attention of the US Department of Justice, who contracted our firm to co-author a
book on how to successful plan for, procure and implement law enforcement technology. We are
humbled that it has become the most widely requested publication in the history of the
Department of Justice.
ASSIGNED PERSONNELZ
Assignment of Qualified Staff
As your trusted advisor, a consultant must have the ability to effectively communicate with
employees at all levels within the project team structure as well as provide unique insight into the
complexities of evaluating and procuring new technology.
' In addition to the enclosed copy, the publication is available at the following website:
http://www.search.org/IeiUPresentationslTECHGU I DE. odf
For resumes of assigned personnel, please refer to Appendix A
