A key facet of our successful consulting methodology is our assignment of senior management <br />and technical staff that bring Real World, Hands-On Experience to each engagement. For this <br />reason, Cit Com is pleased to assign Mr. William Romesburg, our Vice President of Government <br />Technology, to the City's important engagement, supported by Mr. Brian Parker, a Senior <br />Consultant and Ms. Nancy Leach, Grant Specialist. <br />Primary Consultant: William Romesburff <br />With over seventeen years of law enforcement experience, and dozens of successful consulting <br />engagements, we believe that Mr. Romesburg offers the City an exceptional range of relevant <br />expertise. Having started his public safety career as a records technician more than a decade ago, <br />William affords a diverse background, which includes full time employment as a records <br />technician, police dispatcher, sworn police officer, assistant to the city manager and public safety <br />consultant to numerous law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. <br />Mr. Romesburg is a nationally recognized expert in public safety strategic planning and has <br />assisted hundreds of police agencies in employing practical and effective strategic planning <br />principles during the past decade. During the past three years, Bill has been the primazy speaker <br />at more than a twenty national strategic planning workshops sponsored by the US Department of <br />Justice (DOJ), the Bureau of Justice Assistance and SEARCH (The National Consortium of <br />Justice Information and Statistics). <br />Assistant Consultant: Brian Parker <br />Assisting Mr. Romesburg in conducting interviews and gathering information would be Mr. <br />Brian Parker, Senior Management Consultant. Like William, Mr. Parker has more than fifteen <br />years of law enforcement expertise and specializes in law enforcement operations. Brian would <br />also serve as a contact for City staff during the project and would provide project redundancy. <br />Grant Specialist: Nancy Leach <br />After a decade with the US Department of Justice, Ms. Leach has recently undertaken a position <br />with Cit Com, Inc. wherein she provides grant-related services for our clientele. <br />Support Staff <br />
