TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP On motion of Councilman <br />NO. 848 Evans, seconded by <br /> Councilman Griset, <br /> and carried with Council- <br />man Ward dissenting, Council received and ordered filed the <br />Negative Declaration and approved the following map, subject <br />to the conditions contained in the Planning Director's Report, <br />and waived the alley requirement on the following: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 848 - Filed by Morgan <br />McCollough creating three (3) C 5 parcels. <br />Parcel #1 to be used for a Taco Bell, parcel <br />#2 for a Seven Eleven Market, and the use of <br />parcel #3 is unknown at this time. Said parcels <br />are located generally on the southwest corner of <br />Dyer Road and Main Street. (CA 25) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP On motion of Councilman <br />NO. 851 Griset, seconded by <br /> Councilman Yamamoto, and <br /> unanimously carried, <br />Council received and ordered filed the Negative Declaration; <br />approved the following map subject to conditions contained in <br />the Planning Director's Report; and waived the alley require- <br />ment: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #851 - Filed by Mariners <br />Savings and Loan creating two (2) M 1 parcels <br />for industrial use located generally on the <br />northwest corner of Grand Avenue and St. <br />Andrews Place. (CA 25) <br /> <br />READING WAIVED The full reading of <br /> ordinances and resolu- <br /> tions, the titles of <br /> which appeared on <br />the public Agenda, was waived, on motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ORD. NS-1188 The motion of Councilman <br />DISPOSITION OF Griset, seconded by <br />UNCLAIMED PROPERTY Councilman Yamamoto, to <br /> pass to second reading <br />ORDINANCE NS-1188 AMENDING ARTICLE V CHAPTER 2, PART 2 OF THE <br />SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING SECTION <br />2-705 TO PROVIDE FOR APPROPRIATE DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED <br />PROPERTY failed to carry on the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Griset, Yamamoto <br /> <br />NOES: Ward, Evans, Patterson, Garthe, Markel <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Councilman Ward's motion, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />instruct the City Attorney to prepare a similar ordinance <br />limiting the use of unclaimed property to the Police <br />Department, failed to carry on the following vote: <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />AYES: Ward, Yamamoto <br /> <br />NOES: Griset, Evans, Patterson, Garthe, Markel <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (CA 47) <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />JANUARY 7, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />
