<br />Appropriated the funds recommended for County of Orange
<br />Board of Supervisors approved projects and authorized the
<br />Finance Director to allocate the funds to the appropriate
<br />expenditure and revenue accounts;

<br />Authorized the Finance Director to make the necessary
<br />arrangements with the County on the required procedures
<br />of expenditure and reimbursement on the approved projects;
<br />
<br />4) Authorized the Public Works Director to commence with
<br /> acquisition and development plans for the approved projects.
<br />
<br />Prior to the vote on the motion, Councilman Ward announced that
<br />he had a conflict of interest in that his firm, William Blurock
<br />and Partners, was the designer for the Projects, and in
<br />accordance with Section 2-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code,
<br />absented himself from the room during discussion and vote on
<br />the matter.
