Client characteristics: <br />The majority of the population served under the Outreach program is monolingual Spanish-speaking low-income <br />women and families whom reside in the City of Santa Ana. The Hands Are Nat for Hitting component will target <br />low-income children and youth that live in Santa Ana. The domestic violence boys group will target teen males <br />between the ages of 12-17 years old. <br />Grant funds: <br />The grant funds 40.4% of the counselor's position.
