<br />8.9 Emergency Service Requests <br /> <br />Vendor will make every effort to timely respond to requests for service for situations determined <br />(by the City's Telecommunications Coordinator or his/her delegated representative) to be "an <br />emergency". <br /> <br />8.10 Warranty work <br /> <br />Vendor will respond to warranty-service requests made by the City's Telecommunications <br />Coordinator or his/her delegated representative as provided and authorized by AVAYA in the <br />20-year Link Performance Warranty offered for its Systimax Structured Cabling System. Refer <br />to Section 2.1.1.2 of this RFP. <br /> <br />8.11 In the event that, after being given the opportunity to quote on and to perform a specific <br />cabling requirement in a reasonable time period the Vendor has not done so, the City <br />reserves the right to seek another certified Avaya Systimax vendor to perform the task or <br />to perform the work itself under the Avaya Self-Maintainer program. <br /> <br />Page 15 of 35 <br />
