All Plans and Specifications will be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of: <br />Standard Specifications for Public Works (Green Book); AWWA Standards; Uniform Building <br />Code (UBC); Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations; and City of Santa Ana Standard Plans <br />and Specifications. <br /> <br />f. All electronic copies of plans submitted to the City will be CAD generated. final submittal to the <br />City will include Mylar Plan sheets as well as electronic copies of the CAD files. <br /> <br />G. We envision the following plan set: <br />1. Title Sheet <br />2. Sheet C-I (Site Plan): include contractor's staging area and construction of a new perimeter <br />fence (wrought iron security fence). <br />3. Sheet C-2 (Grading Plan): include 12-inch overflow piping construction. <br />4. Sheet C-3 (Miscellaneous Details): include tank vent, splash block, and overflow pipe <br />elevation. <br />5. Sheet S-I (General Structural Notes) <br />6. Sheet S-2 (Structural Tank Elevation) <br />7. Sheet S-3 (Structural Roof Plan) <br />8. Sheet S-4 (Structural Balcony, Ladder and Vent Closure Details) <br />9. Sheet S-5 (Structural Details including hatch, tie-off anchor, hinge, connection details, etc.) <br /> <br />H. Prepare technical specifications and list of Bid Items. The specifications will include interior re- <br />coating and exterior painting of the tank. Specifications will be prepared in Microsoft Word <br />format. The City will provide contract documents and "boilerplate" portion of the Specification. <br />final submittal to the City will include a computer disc, as well as, a hard copy of the <br />Specification. <br /> <br />1. Prepare detailed opinion of probable construction costs for the project. <br /> <br />1. Plan Submittals: <br />1. Prepare engineer's opinion of probable construction costs for each submittal. <br /> <br />2. Submit 90% complete and 100% complete plans and specifications for City review. <br /> <br />Task No.4 - Construction Phase Support <br /> <br />Tetra Tech will provide construction support to the City during the bidding and construction phases of <br />the project. <br /> <br />A. Tetra Tech will respond to questions during the bid period and prepare Addenda ifrequired. We <br />have assumed a 4 to 6 week bidding period. <br /> <br />B. Attend the pre-construction meeting. <br /> <br />C. Review shop drawings, equipment specifications, samples and submittals for compliance with <br />Plans and Specifications.
