Respond in writing to all Requests for Information (RFI's) and provide clarifications of the Plans <br />and Specifications during the construction process. We have assumed that approximately 10 <br />RFI's will be generated on this type of project. In addition, we have assumed that two (2) RFI's <br />could result in plan revisions. <br /> <br />E. Evaluate and respond to Contractor's request for change orders. We have assumed that I to 2 <br />change orders could be required on this project. <br /> <br />F. Tetra Tech will perform periodic site visits during construction as necessary. We estimate that the <br />total contract time will be approximately eight (8) months broken down as follows: <br /> <br />. Submittals and Reviews <br />. Installation of Equipment/Materials <br />. Painting/Coating of Tank ExteriorlInterior <br />. Touch Up and Final Acceptance <br /> <br />I month <br />2 months <br />4 months <br />I month <br /> <br />We have assumed a total of eight (8) site visits and construction meetings will be required. These <br />will include: <br /> <br />. One (I) during submittal process. <br />. Three (3) during installation. <br />. One (I) prior to painting/coating. <br />. Two (2) during touch up and final acceptance. <br />. One (I) to resolve change orders <br /> <br />The following sheet contains our estimated person-hours for each task ofthe project. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />The following is our preliminary project schedule identifying the dates for attainment of each project <br />milestone activity or submittal. For this proposal, we have assumed that we will be given the Notice <br />to Proceed by May 3, 2004.
