(CA 80.17) <br /> <br />WAFFLE HOUSE Staff's request for con- <br /> tinuance of hearing on <br /> the Waffle House to June <br /> 3, 1974, was approved <br />by Council on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and unanimously carried. (CA 85.1d) <br /> <br />AGENDA ORDER <br /> <br />By informal unanimous <br />consent Council considered <br />Items 71 and 91 next on <br />the Agenda, <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Public Hearing to <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-1210 consider ORDINANCE NO. <br /> NS-1210 -AN ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CITY COUNC1L OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA PERTAINING TO NONCONFORMING '$~8NS, <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 41-619.13 AND 41-619.55 OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING SECTIONS 41-619.14, 41~619,15, 41r. 619. <br />16 AND 41-619.17 TO THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE was opened <br />by Mayor Patterson. <br /> <br />Council approved the request for continuance of the Public <br />Hearing to June 17, 1974, requested by Foster and KleiseT <br />and Pacific Outdoor Advertising, on motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Markel, with dissenting votes by <br />Councilmen Griset, Ward and Mayor Patterson. (CA 34; CA 74) <br /> <br />SENIOR CITIZENS <br />SERVICE CENTER <br />REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Orange and Senior Citizens <br />Council. <br /> <br /> The Progress Report dated <br /> May 14, 1974 from the <br /> City Manager regarding <br /> Contract with County of <br />Service Center was considered by <br /> <br />Council approved and authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute <br />the following agreement on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded <br />by Councilman Evans, with dissenting vote by Councilman Markel: <br /> <br />SENIOR CITIZENS SERVICE CENTER REVENUE SHARING <br />AGREEMENT - Between the City and the County of <br />Orange.
