MINTER No. 863 and Tract Map No. <br /> 8599 filed on March iS, <br />1974. Mr. Peter J. Linden, Attorney at Law, 23861 E1 Toro <br />Road, E1 Toro, representing Mr. and Mrs. Minter, requested <br />that the maps be continued until June 3, 1974. Council <br />continued these items to June 3, 1974, witk tke oral consent <br />of the property owner and the applicant, on motion of Council- <br />man Ward, seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously, carried. <br />(CA 24; CA 25) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #871 Council received and <br />DUNN PROPERTIES ordered filed the Nega- <br /> tive Declaration Form, <br /> approved the following <br />map, subject to the conditions contained in the Planning <br />Director's report dated May 9, 1974, and waived tke alley <br />requirement, on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by <br />Councilman Ward, and unanimously carried: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #871 -Filed on April <br />17, 1974, by Dunn Properties, creating two <br />(2) C 5 parcels; all proposed parcels are <br />to be used for commercial purposes. Waiver <br />of alley requirement requested. <br /> <br />Prior to the Council's action, Mr. Jack Rail, representing <br />Dunn Properties, stated that the applicant objected to <br />Condition 3 C (2) of the Planning Director's Report and <br />requested that it be eliminated, or only applicable to Parcels <br />1 and 2 at the property line.
