TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #873 Council received and <br />WILLIAM B. CHILCOTE ordered filed the <br /> Negative Declaration, <br /> approved the following <br />map, subject to the conditions contained in the Planning <br />Director's Report dated May 15, 1974, and the Addendum dated <br />May 20, 1974, adding Condition #8 to the report, and waived <br />the alley requirement, on motion of Councilman Yamamoto, <br />seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously carried: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #873 - Filed on May 6, <br />1974, by William B. Chilcote, creating six <br />M 1 parcels; all proposed parcels to be <br />used for industrial uses. Waiver of alley <br />requirement requested. <br /> <br />(CA 25) <br /> <br />FINAL TRACT MAPS Council approved the <br />TRACT #8203 following final maps, <br />TRACT #8342 accepted the dedications <br /> thereon, and the bonds, <br />and authorized execution of the subdivision agreements by the <br />Mayor and Clerk, on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded By <br />Councilman Evans, with dissenting votes by Councilmen Y~amamoto <br />and Ward: <br /> <br />TRACT #8203 South side of Warner Avenue <br />east of Greenville Street. <br /> <br />TRACT #8342 - East side of Greenville Street <br />south of Warner Avenue. <br /> <br />Prior to the motion Mayor Patterson reported that ke had met <br />with representatives of the William Lyon Compan? to negotiate <br />for a park site in the Tract developments, but tkat tko land <br />costs for a small 1.8 acre park were prohibitive fr~m the <br />staff's point of view and no agreement was reacked. CCA 241 <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION After some discussion <br />NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION on the subject of <br />WEEK transportation by Council~ <br /> men Markel, Council <br />received and filed the following Proclamation issued By the <br />Mayor, on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Griset, and unanimously carried: <br /> <br />NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION WEEK - May 12 18 (CA 46) <br /> <br />READING WAIVED The full reading of <br /> ordinances and resolu~ <br /> tions, the titles of <br /> which appeared on the <br />public Agenda, was waived on tke unanimously ca~ed motion <br />of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Griset, <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
