CHANGE IN FREQUENCY OF After deliberation and COUNCIL MEETINGS discussion by Council, the memorandum dated May 6, 1974, from Council- man Ward, regarding a change in frequency of Council meetings, was continued until such time as all Council members would be present, on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, and carried (4-2) with dissenting votes by Councilmen Griset and Evans.
