CHANGE IN FREQUENCY OF After deliberation and <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS discussion by Council, <br /> the memorandum dated <br /> May 6, 1974, from Council- <br />man Ward, regarding a change in frequency of Council meetings, <br />was continued until such time as all Council members would be <br />present, on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman <br />Yamamoto, and carried (4-2) with dissenting votes by Councilmen <br />Griset and Evans.
