No. 04-131) <br />December 20, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Due to the wide difference in the bids received, the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency interviewed West Coast Pools extensively <br />to be certain they could meet the contract specifications. After <br />interviewing the vendor and checking references, staff is confident the <br />vendor can fulfill the terms of the contract.
