Include assignment pay differentials: <br />Effective July 1, 2005 = 5% for 31 potential Technical Rescue Truck <br />assignments; 5% for 31 potential Hazardous Material assignments; 5% <br />for three (3 ) additional employees assigned as Self-Contained <br />Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) maintenance officers; one (1) employee <br />assigned as an Arson Investigator; and up to 31 Hazardous Material <br />Base Line Physicals. <br /> <br />7. RETIREMENT: Maintain existing PERS cost sharing language (.93%) for <br />term of Agreement. <br /> <br />8. Long Term Disability Insurance: <br />January 1, 2006 = Increase City monthly contribution by $15/month per <br />employee. <br /> <br />9. Vision Insurance: Allow employees to participate in City-sponsored <br /> plan at employee's expense. <br />10.
