Approve an appropriation adjustment authorizing a $42,600 loan <br />repayment from the Central City Redevelopment Project Area (account <br />no. 510-935-6900-11) and appropriate the funds to the Capital Outlay <br />Fund expenditure account (account no. 51-012-6631). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Award a contract to Thomco Construction, Inc. , <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with the lump sum <br />$33,500 for restroom improvements at Festival Hall. <br /> <br />the lowest <br />amount of <br /> <br />3.
