(CA 68) <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - DEDICATION & The Agreement between <br />IMPROVEMENT OF AMF Voit, Inc., and the <br />JUNIPER AVENUE City for the dedication <br /> and improvement of <br />Juniper Avenue, between Harbor Boulevard and the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad tracks, was approved, and its execution <br />by the Mayor and Clerk was authorized, on motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward, and carried (4-1), with <br />Councilman Yamamoto dissenting. <br /> <br />Prior to approval of the motion, Mr. Robert Jackson, Attorney <br />at Law, 595 East Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, representing <br />AMF Voit, spoke in favor of Council approval of the Agreement. <br />(A-74-52; CA 29.4) <br /> <br />RELOCATION OF EDISON Report dated July 29, <br />FACILITIES FOR 1974, from the Director <br />CONSTRUCTION - SEGERSTROM AVE. of Public Works, together <br /> with letter attachment <br />from Southern California Edison Company, was considered by <br />Council. Council approved expenditure of $8,112.23 to relocate <br />SCE facilities for PROJECT 1352 - Construction of Segerstrom <br />Avenue, on motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman <br />Ward, and unanimously carried (5-0).
