<br />AGREEMENT - DEDICATION & The Agreement between
<br />IMPROVEMENT OF AMF Voit, Inc., and the
<br />JUNIPER AVENUE City for the dedication
<br /> and improvement of
<br />Juniper Avenue, between Harbor Boulevard and the Southern
<br />Pacific Railroad tracks, was approved, and its execution
<br />by the Mayor and Clerk was authorized, on motion of Councilman
<br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward, and carried (4-1), with
<br />Councilman Yamamoto dissenting.

<br />Prior to approval of the motion, Mr. Robert Jackson, Attorney
<br />at Law, 595 East Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, representing
<br />AMF Voit, spoke in favor of Council approval of the Agreement.
